Return Policy

The user has the right to use the right to return the purchased item/service on Primestore.ge under the following conditions:

(a) In the case of a wish to return an item, the customer must complete a return form, which may be requested from the Company, to register the return request.

(b) According to the legislation of Georgia, items within 30 GEL and some categories of items worth more than 30 GEL are not subject to return, therefore, you cannot fill out the return form for such items. In the event that exceptional items are found to be defective at the time of delivery, you can file a claim by contacting the company's call center or writing to the e-mail address.

Return conditions:

1.1. The company, taking into account the return policy, gives you the opportunity to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days following the procedure specified below:

2.1. If you want to return the item, you must fill out the return form completely.

2.2. You have the right to initiate the return of the item from the moment of delivery of the item and it is valid for 14 calendar days after receiving the item.

2.3. If you do not initiate a return by completing the return form within 14 calendar days, you will lose your right to return the item.

2.4. After completing the return form, you have 7 calendar days to return the item to the company. (After the expiration of the specified period, the company is not obliged to return the item).

2.5. The company provides the return (transportation) of the item with its resources only in the following cases:

2.5.1. the product does not correspond to the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;

2.5.2. The product has a factory defect;

2.5.3. the product is damaged during transportation;

2.6. If the item and/or parts/documents accompanying the item show any kind of change, the company reserves the right to question its authenticity/correctness and accordingly, to suspend the return procedure pending investigation and diagnostic work, which may last no more than 14 working days. Depending on the condition of the item, a part of the paid amount may be returned to you.

2.7. When returning the item, it is necessary to accompany the item with all accompanying parts and documents (warranty sheet, technical passport, other documents accompanying the item, box of the item, etc.) delivered/attached to you by the company.

2.8. In the case of a factory defect found after 14 calendar days of receipt of the item, the customer must follow the applicable warranty conditions (if any).

2.9. The item is not subject to return in the cases defined by the law (hygienic items, toys, wearing parts, items up to 30 GEL, etc.).

2.9.1. The price of the goods or services delivered depends on the financial market, which the trader cannot control. according to which the merchant has the right to refuse the return contract.

2.9.2 he was supplied with hermetically sealed goods, the hermeticity of which was broken after delivery and, therefore, the goods cannot be returned due to compliance with health or hygiene standards;


Payment method:

3.1 The company refunds the money to the customer within 14 calendar days after filling out the return form.

The exception is:

If the returned item is subject to inspection by the service center, you will be reimbursed in accordance with the conclusion of the service center within 7 calendar days after the conclusion of the service center.

3.2. The applicable fee for the returned item will be refunded to you using the payment method that the customer placed the order with. (In case of payment by devices, the amount will be reimbursed to the user by bank payment methods to the bank account number specified by the user).

3.3. If the item and/or the parts/documents accompanying the item show any kind of change, the company reserves the right to question its authenticity/inaccuracy and accordingly refund a part of the amount paid by you according to the evaluation of the item.

3.4. After the company inspects the returned item and evaluates its condition (the inspection may be done by the company/merchant or service center), the company will contact you regarding the cost of the returned item.

The rule of return of the item purchased in installments

   4.1. Return and/or payment of products purchased in installmentsDebts can be canceled only with the consent of the company, taking into account the present return rules and the applicable legislation of Georgia.

4.2. It may not be possible to return products purchased in installments if the customer purchases both returnable and non-returnable items in installments.

The rule of return of the item purchased with the promotion

5.1. When returning an item purchased with a promotion, if the return violates the conditions of the promotion, the company has the right to request the customer to return the benefits received through the promotion.
